Oil feed line?

Ok, i have a pte 50 trim, and i noticed since i put it on that the car will smoke blue crack sometimes, and not the other times...

I don't remember which oil supply line i have i think its the bigger one that will
cause the higher preassure in the oil sections and blow by the seals..

which one should i get? anyone know?

Also i need 2 longer studs on the exhaust manifold that are the little big bigger, they are the 2 outside that are thicker... anyone know where i can get those? (i put in the 1/2" spacer on there)

Re: Oil feed line?

Where is your feed line from? If it feeds from the head, you'll see lower pressure. If you're feeding from the oil filter housing, you'll see higher pressure (which is what you want for the journal bearing PTE turbos, I believe).

Re: Oil feed line?

Feed it off the oil filter housing. If you are looking at it dead away (oil filter to the left) you want the upper right port.

Re: Oil feed line?

Weird...maybe you got one from a bad batch or something? The studs should be a M10x1.25, something in the 40mm long range should be large enough.
