Shift knob

I need a shift knob for my talon, its a 1990, it has the "dildo" shifter.....it's gotta go.

I like the shifter in the 1993 eclipse DL 1.8 (probably in all 93 models, but that one for sure)

if you have any other recommendations on shifter knobs please tell me, I would also take a knob off an evo or something.

But my first pick is the 93 style shifter, how much (I know its (nice)plastic, so I have my fingers crossed that its cheap)

Thanks.

Re: Shift knob

The best DSM knob IMO is the '95 leather heavy knob, its the one MachV sells for about $25. Otherwise, the 93-94 GSX knob is a nice small leather piece.

Re: Shift knob

I have one Iceminion, one of the stubby heavy GST shift knobs. They are actually about 35 dollars or more I can't remember, but they are well worth it. Pm me an offer, the one I have in brand new, I only had it in my DSM for a few months.

Re: Shift knob

I got an EVO knob off some dude in Yuma for like 20 bucks. I really like it. Threads right on the shifter, looks nice, and I just love the way it feels. Only thing I wish would be that it was a little heavier.

Re: Shift knob

Nick - Please order that bad boy up!!!!

My brother has an Evo knob, it rocks, but its $$$$$

Blizzard - Get back to my PM, i might still buy it from you, because I got a buddy who is lacking a shifter completely

I sure hope nobody is still using that dildo shifter anymore, since the one that I am getting from mitsu is so much nicer/cheap and it fits properly!

Anyone use those universal bolt-on shifter knobs? -Worst things ever.
