The '95 has a nicer mod list, but that Kevlar clutch would have to go. I tried one and couldn't get it to hold the power. It you get it hot, it will not hold.
The '96 has a decent mod list, but I would expect the '95 to be quicker.
Me personally, I like the '96, but that's just me.
