You can see a little of the head design in the first drawing. The criss-cross valve configuration is interesting. I don't know if I'd see the benefits of twins with today's turbo technology though. It would definitely make a cool RWD project engine though.

Wierd that the article talked about a sequential turbo setup (with one small and one large) and all the descriptions say they are the same size.
