Re: the evo 3 swap parts are coming
it will later when I get some grey ultra suede to cover it in. then I can have Ali make a shift boot out of it also. I just have to get enuff to do them and the head liner some time. I can alway just dye it black for now. But hell for 2.00 it was a great deal

Re: the evo 3 swap parts are coming
Dude you are making some really good progress, the calipers look amazing.
I am just astonished by the shear size of those things, makes me feel retarded for using 2 pot calipers.

Re: the evo 3 swap parts are coming
I found a cheap way to tune the car now. I dont have to wait till dsmlink comes out for it. guy on evom set me the files on how to but a evo 7/8 ecu in to the car. nice and easy to do. just going to pick up a evo 8 patch harness so I dont have to cut up the engine harness. I also have to wire in the 4th ecu plug and a obd2 plug that I will just steal from the extra spyder harness.

Wow, that's awesome. No need for DSMlink at all.

I know pink is interesting because it's different, but I'm going to go ahead and recommend you stop where you're at.

Hmm... That looks a lot like the one I just built except yours is cleaner
Evo 8 Ecu? Does the evo 3 and evo 8 match?

the evo 3 harness is just like a 2g/evo 8 but is obd1 and is missing the 4th plug. So I just have to swap wires on the patch harness wire the 4th plug in and the obd2 plug. I have them extra from the 2nd set of harness for the spyder
