There is bunch of people going from here, you have to get over on TC Stangs and get your buddies to come out and play. Sounds like there isn't too many of them down for it over there.

What is the cut off, 13 or 13.5? Either way, cry me a fucking river...

No shit! But then again it really doesn't matter when you drive a 14 sec stang.

The cutoff is 13.0 for right now. If we don't get the 150 cars, then it will be opened up for 13.0-15.0 on a first come first served basis. You can bet that I will be there!!

Ya it's not that the mustang group isn't interested. It's just that only a few make the cut off.

I'm trying very hard to get my car back up and running by the race date.

But it's only like 2.5 months away.

Between now and then I have to get:

-Rear Diff - hopefully this weekend
-Tial 38MM/ 4" intake Pipe - hopefully for May
-Turbo/O2 housing - June/July

So as you can see I'm cutting it close. Now if I can just get people to start buying some stuff I won't be stressing so much about trying to get it finished in time.

Sad, but true. TCStangs guys need to get some mods.
The difference between this board and TCStangs, is that most of the cars here are at least 8 years old, which makes them somewhat cheap, and leaves you money for mods. Most the guys on TCStangs have almost new mustangs = expensive = no money for mods :headache:

Thats not all the way true, yeah there are some cars on here that people got cheap and made them fast. But there are also some pretty expensive cars that are new that have a bunch of mods too. The problem with some of the Mustang guys is that they thing their cars are already fast enough for almost anything so they see no reason to mod them.

Just seems like a lot of people were doing a lot of shit talking on some boards that I won't name, but then the Minnesota Mayhem gets organized and people start to get quite all of the sudden.

Yea I know what you mean. I'd like to think any of the Mustang guys that actually make it to the boards, are more than interested in making their cars quicker. All the shit talking was in good fun, although there are not a whole lot of real fast cars on tcstangs. There are some quick ones though, I just hope they make it to mayhem.

btw, I'm racing for the UofM's modern automotive performance, not tcstangs.

you will NOT find 150 cars in the 12s to compete, should just open it up to the 13-14 sec cars now.
