I really like these, once they go turbo I may be converting camps, or at least considering it.

Re: The new Subie coupe is here
weird seeing a Toyota with a Subaru engine. Either way, I'm sure soon, very soon, it'll make some very amazing speed and power.

Re: The new Subie coupe is here
Subaru had a large hand in designing the chassis and STI tuned the suspension for the BRZ.

Re: The new Subie coupe is here
I like the look of the Scion version much better, but that too will probably be tamed down to something like this. A set of wheels and a big turbo would fix a lot though.

Sounds very reasonable. I'll wait and see how the aftermarket plays out before I dive in.
Seeing as how my fun car sits in winter I should prolly look at RWD ones.

Re: The new Subie coupe is here
As far as I've heard for pricing, the Scion model will be the cheaper of the two, starting in the low $20k range. Reasoning being that the Scion base model is further stripped down than the respective Subaru.
I've heard around $24k for the Subaru base, up to around $27-28k fully optioned.

Re: The new Subie coupe is here
Subaru engineers have stated they designed the chassis with a convertible in mind. Turbo RWD convertible? Yes please!
