The house and backyard with the pool are really beautiful; we also like how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood seems (we've driven through multiple times during the day and night). Pools are fairly common, but definitely not to be considered standard. A pool is one of Janelle's requirements for moving to Texas though so it has limited our search a bit but thats OK since it will be really nice to have one. This one is actually heated too so it can be used all year!

The market is a tough one out there as Chris found out. Everyone says it is a buyers market, but depending upon your price point, you can be in a bidding war quite easily. I know we lost our first two and got our 3rd one (barely).
