We are expanding :)

As of the 2nd week of March 2006, LSE Performance will be finished with our expansion.
We are adding an additional 1800 square feet to our facility. LSE Performance will be located at Suite 220 and Suite 213. Our current facility (213) will house all of our install and chassis fabrication. Our machining will all be done in this facility. The front office will be reserved for vehicle pick-up and accounting. This suite will be getting a 2nd lift mid season.

The new suite will house our Engine building room, porting and polishing, retail store front, customer lounge, 2 offices, and our 600 square feet dyno facility.
The engine room is a totally enclosed and temperature controlled 120 square foot room. This is where all of our short and longblocks will be made. Our porting and polishing room will be seperate from the rest of our facility. Plans are to add a flow-bench mid season.
The dyno room will feature this: http://www.dyno.com.au/usa/products/..._450Lowboy.htm

Our Chassis Dynameter is being custom made for our company. Ours will have upgraded retarder units on both axles. This will give us the capibility to graph 2400whp in a 2wd configuration, loading 1200whp. In AWD mode, our dynameter will load 2400AWHP and graph 4800AWHP. Good luck pinning this dyno people . The dyno was chosen after many months of extensive research. We believe it to be the best choice for our needs.
The room will feature a soundproof wall and full exhaust evacuation. Customers can to view dyno results via a TV located inside the customer lounge. This way, there is no fight for "monitor viewing space" on dyno days. Customers who own the vehicle, can watch the vehicle dyno inside the room if they wish.

These additions will allow us to further our research and development programs. It will also allow us to better serve our growing customer base.

Ground breaking on the new facility is scheduled for February 20th. The dyno is scheduled for arrival and install sometime during the 2nd week of March.

We would like to take the time to thank DSMSTYLE and the customers who support us with their business. Without your support, this wouldn't be possible. Thank you all again, this next season will be awesome!

Please keep all questions and comments to this thread.
