Don't wait until you get to the cashier to ask for your club discount, mention it up front! The Brookdale guys are awesome at finding the parts we need, but it the simple fact is that it is a PITA for them if we go through a full order and THEN ask for the discount. So, at the beginning of every phone call, and the first person you talk to when going in, be sure and speak up straight away, not on your way out the door!
Besides, when mentioning club membership you get special treatment! Just wait until you're invited into the champagne room!
