WTB: 16g Wastegate Actuator

I think my wastegate actuator is messed up. When I do a pull and build full boost and let off, then try to floor it again, it builds boost very very slowly like the wastegate is sticking open.

Anybody have a spare one I could try out and see if that is the problem, and then if it is, possibly buy for cheap??? I am very poor right now as I just spent basically ALL my money getting the car going again and now I have little problems like this, so anything that can help is great!!
