Try technomotive.com. They do great work on ECU's - gotta ship it though.

The guy's at DSMLink also repair ECUs. While it's there, have them 'Link it.

Maybe three years ago. They don't do any more repair work, plus I don't even think you can buy any of his chips anymore.
