I've been seeing a white GVR4 in Shoreview most mornings lately on my way to work, right around 8am heading north on Lexington (just north of the Lexington/Hwy 96 intersection). No idea who it is.

Yeah, that was me. I got rid of the GOODBYE plates because the car doesn't earn them anymore. I've got collector plates now, no renewals and no front plate, legally.

I do remember seeing your car as well. I think you went by me by Wooddale.

Spotted, clean grey 1GB and White EVO X in a driveway a few houses down from me here in CoonRapids. Also believe I saw a 2G in the garage.

Saw a red 95-96 tsi on 212 on my way home then pulled into my neighborhood and a few houses down there was a white evoX on black wheels with a bunch of Audi's and BMW's as well.

Spotted twice this morning-- a blue 8 with JDM 9 taillights and MR BBS wheels.

Spotted once turning onto St. John's Drive from Valley Creek, and then again turning onto Woodlane Drive from Valley Creek. I was in a wingless GG 9, first going the opposite way on Valley Creek, then coming out of BP.

I always spot a red 2gb with a fmic on 494 going east as I go west. Roughly around 7am. Looks nice. Red 2gb, tints (iirc), with black rims.

Nope, collector plates or any plate for that matter. I have the statute printed off from about ten years ago and it states vehicles after 68 must run a front plate. They very well may have changed it since then. When I got my regular plate for my Chevelle they only sent one
