New clutch maybe? not sure.. I had the same problem with first gear in my car but after I put in a new clutch and bled my clutch it pretty much went away. Maybe try bleeding the clutch first and putting some fresh fluid into the system. You might also want to check tranny fluid if you haven't already done that.
