The ECU is no where near the power steering lines. But it does sound like a bad ECU to me. Read up on leaky caps.

BTW, let me know if you'd be selling those rims and tires.

With this car this is what Im going for: Slowboy Racing Stage 3 head, Magnus Intake Manifold, 680cc injectors, PTE 57 trim turbo, DSMLink and maybe a 6 point roll bar.
