When it comes to automatic weapons I can put it out like this, "Accuracy by volume." A simple 3-7 round burst is more then enough to land a hit on target in close quarters no matter how bad of an aim you are. Now would I love to get an automatic weapon for a lot less then they are now? Hells yeah. You can buy any Remington 700 ADL, BDL, PSS, etc., in .308 and easily be accurate out past 500 yards with ammo you can buy at Walmart. Why don't the anti-gun people fear those weapons?
