I have a 97 GSX with ACT 2600 clutch, catback exhaust, boost controller and running at 15 psi on my stock t25
Get a downpipe. get an uicp / blow off valve. Get an intake filter (pipe if you really want it).
Then upgrade your stock turbo to a direct bolt-on t-28. Raise boost to around 17psi. You would feel the difference. You won't need supporting mods on the t-28 unless you go higher. 17 should be safe. Just don't beat the crap outta the car.
I wouldn't go 14b. Stock to Stock, why not just get a bigger upgrade?
