Those wheels are fugly IMO. Get some SL65 rims or something and its a winner.

Was the owner in any one of those pics? or was this a dealership delivery that is going in the showroom?

You would think that the M-B engineers could figure out a set of wheels that was functional and didn't look like a fan blade.

Look at any other super high speed exotic. Enzo, nice looking wheels. Carerra GT, nice looking wheels. McLaren F1, decent looking wheels.

All cars that are in the same league as the McLaren SLR, and they have normal looking wheels, what gives?

He was not in the pics, but the owner of our dealership is the one who bought it. He loves his performance cars.

That is definitely a bad ass car. Why not an enclosed car trailer? It seems to me that some jealous fuck could have his way with it out in the open like that.

I'm the BMW service manager for a BMW/Mercedes-Benz dealership. No I haven't driven it, no I don't want to drive it.

Owner of my company is strongly thinking about buying one again. He talked himself out of it last summer but has been thinking about it again. He said he would have to go over to Germany to take a road test? and interview to buy this car, something about a waiting list too. He already owns an SL65 AMG, C55 AMG, Alpina Z8, and two Cayenne Turbos. He loves his cars and lets us employees drive them from time to time.

Here's to hoping he snatches one of these up!
