Startup/Idle issues when cold

My car has about the same problem but less severe. These last warmer days have been fine. It also helped when I tightened some of my clamps on my ic piping which were kind of loose and turned out my throttle adjustment screw a bit. Now even the colder days it will run but still bog down or turn off the first start up within 30-40 seconds or so but then start it back up and it will fluctuate but even out after a good 2 minutes or so. So w/e your problem is will hopefulyl figure mine out as well.
