I just thought it was funny that something along these lines just happened to me. It was windy today and I was walking in to get some Chinese. A burst of wind came and snatched 1 bill and only 1 bill out of my hand. I had $9 because the bill was $8 and change. A guess what, the 5 dollar bill flew out. I looked underneath the car that I thought it went under, not there. Took a quick glance around the parking lot, nothing. The entire time two cops were watching everything I was doing, since I probably looked like I needed a friend or something. So I go in, pissed off and ended up paying with a $20 bill. So I walk out, and I'm getting into my car, when I suddenly see a bill fly out from under a Jeep. I was like 50 feet away, so I'm watching where it's going like a hawk, but not moving. About 15 feet away from the Jeep was a storm drain. That goddamn bill made a bee-line straight for the storm drain. So I drove over to the drain, and looked down. 5 feet below the grate was my $5 bill sinking in the water. I pulled the grate off (those things are like 70lbs by the way), jumped down in the drain (3 ft deep), and grabbed my $5 bill. It's not exactly dogshit, but I thought of this thread right after I put the grate back.
