He is serious. Jet knows all about the flamidation valve. The 1g has a flamidation unit valve. This unit is much larger than the flamidation valve in a 2g. A 1g has a complete unit with the valve compared to the 2g because the 2g just uses that relay to control it thats why it is much smaller. Do a search, I'm sure you can find a picture of it somewhere.
