Hey, if I can make kick ass power with an environmentally friendly exhaust, then I will! Really, I just want something a little more tame at speed, as I'll be driving a lot in this thing! There are other options, but I thought I'd go this route first.
This is the Buschur 3" turbo back exhaust, with their new 'bullet' muffler. I bolted on the cat and cat-back tonight, and it sounds VERY nice! Definitly a power bump, but the stock downpipe is gonna be a restriction. I ran into some trouble with the downpipe-to-o2 housing bolts are weird, they have a sort of spring wrapped around them. Anyways, I stripped one of the bolts.
Yeah, seems those springs are a pain in the ass. Notice how a lot of manufacturers are going to a flex section in the DP so you can eliminate the springs.

Really not that many of the DP manufactures are going to flex sections, it seams it just the no-name companies. Although I'd prefer the extra security of a flex section. And my car came without the spring dealies
