to get your cylinder head rebuilt, most of the repairs can be done by the machine shop.

remove your ch from the engine. remove the intake. then take the head to the shop.

i recommend you have the head resurfaced, cleaned and new valve stem seals installed.
now is the right time to get some aftermarket head parts if you want to upgrade (revised lifters, cams, springs, valves..)
expect around 180-200 and plus depending what the machine shop finds neccessary to replace (guides, valve job...)
