I have tried to keep reading this thread as much as possible but I am sure I have missed a few posts. But have they posted anything regarding any preventative measures they are taking to try to alleviate some of the past problems they have had?
I have heard a lot of excuse, but no solutions to problems. And being available for phones calls to deal with problems does not constitute as a solution. The problems should be circumvented before they start. Does SBR have any policies and procedures in place? I could write some for you if you want.
