Dodge has had very serious automatic transmission problems ever since they 80's when they laid off all the old-school tranny tech and brought in the fresh meat. The reason all the older Ram's are off the street are due to tranny issues about 90% of the time. I was under the impression that Dodge had finally worked out their issues by the late 90's...guess not. Unfotunately, I am really doubting that Dodge will cover your tranny under warranty with the snow plow mounts on there (I am guessing that commercial snow removal voids the warranty).
