Yes it runs. It goes from point A to point B, albeit noisy, cold, and slightly dangerous.
I should note that the clutch might NOT be slipping. The axle is probably broken causing the RPMs to rise without car going much faster. Was told clutch was newer, and when I combine that with the known fact the axle is bad, it just makes sense
So if that is the case, I cannot go lower than $1300. I am already losing money on this deal, and it's getting old screwing myself out of hundreds
