Could be a few things:
-moisture in the maf-t box
-bad MAF
-improperly wired maf-t
Not sure how to test the maf except find a different one and see if it helps. On the maf-t, since you just installed it I'm guessing there's no moisture...is this a brand new unit, or a used one? Did you hook up the white rpm signal wire?
