Brian, After reading through your posts, I think your opinions on this whole situation are a little naieve. To say this could have been some kind of a joke, and that makes it "not so bad" is just wrong. If I were to walk up to your little sister and slap her ass or make some obscene comment because a friend told me to do it, I'm suer you would be just as offended as if I had done it of my own free will. And posting a bunch of definitions is absolutly worthless. As you said, everyone will define those terms differently, and you said yourself that you don't see them exactly as they are defined. So why even post them at all? You said you don't see this as molestation because (as I understood your posts), there may not have been any physical pain. That does not mean it was not an unwanted sexual advance, or an inapropriate touch. So to me, that classifies it as sexual harassment, sexual assult, and molestation.

Now as for these punks who beat the father, they deserve to have the fucking book thrown at them and punished to the fullest extent of the law.
