The Hanook W409's you're talking about are rip-offs of Nokian Hakkapeliitta RSi's. The Nokian's are around $200/tire for the size I want. The W409's were about $100/tire last year, and went up to $140/tire this year, due to their success.
The general's are rated the same, and cost about $100/tire and you will notice, they are strikingly similar tread pattern
