Digital camera, turn the flash off and snap a pic of your monitor close enough so the sides don't show.
Press Prnt Scr or Print Screen above your Insert/Delete/Pageup/Down cluster fuck, then go into your PS program and press CTRL+V or go to Edit/Paste..
