Hand boring is a problem to get the hatch perfect and keeping the overbore straight.

Plus it is easy to take much off when you factor in the pre-existing wear on the cylinders.

Yea, that's what I figured out after reading all about that last night. I think I'm gonna go JDM and get an engine from Japan! Woot $650 and 30k miles on it!

I'm pretty sure that I've spun a rod bearing and I was wondering if I can just slap stock size internals back into it with a new crankshaft. Or do I still need to have the block rehoned with new internals. I don't know a lot about rebuilding engines.
