not going to lie you really have to know someone or just get really lucky to get a job at a performance shop. and they are usually looking for people with a lot of experience. I called a handfull of shops after I graduated with an ast degree and an ase master certification and didn't have any luck so I gave up on that venture for now. I'm not trying to come off as an a-hole i'm just sharing my little bit of experience with trying to get into one of these shops
