Not pointing any fingers, but someone had been doing work on their car prior to this cruise and did NOT check their lug nuts afterwards. ALWAYS double check everything on your car before the cruise, ESPECIALLY if you've just had it apart! This same person had a visit to the ditch and luckily made it out w/o damage. We've had VERY good luck with all cars finishing the cruise that start, we want to keep it that way!
