Well I thought this was getting settled. But he didn't have the money on the 4th so i said i'll be back in a month i'll hit u up then, no response. My brother takes the tranny and tries to return it, same deal no answer, my bro finally gets a hold of him and joe says "i'm busy I'll you once i get settled" hangs up. My brother didn't give him a number. I'm back in town for 5 days i text him, call nothing. SO i call his work and leave a msg, JOe just texted me saying its mine cause his boss didn't like me calling there and so i called and he texted me saying stop calling or he will call the cops saying that I am harassing him.

Where can I go from here?
