I received a speeding ticket in plymoth going 67 in a 45mph zone. The citation was 130$ but instead of paying it i saw a hearing officer about what i could do and i had 3 options i could...
1) pay 130$ (the ticket) straight up and it goes on my insurance
2) argue the ticket in court
or
3) pay 200$ and it dosent go on my insurance however i cant get another ticket within a full year or else both tickets go on my insurance and/but if i dont get another ticket for a full year it 'never happend'.
i went with the 3rd option so as you would guess im driving extra cautious now
