My brother's blue car had a very similar setup for a while, but with a clipped big 16g and comp 101200 cams. On pump gas, untuned and pig-ass rich (9:1) it made 211whp at like 18psi. With a propper S-AFC tune I'm sure it would have made more like 235-240whp.
Those injectors and the S-AFC won't do E85 worth isht, you'll need dsmlink and ~850's or something for that. I would expect 280whp or so pretty easily.
All of these numbers are on DB's dyno dynamics, which does read pretty low, and assuming you get a good tune done.
