Car wont start!! Need help asap.

I dont have a volt meter with me at home, but i used my test light and i am getting power out of the ign switch to the starter, but not at the starter, I have checked my clutch safety switch and it seems to be good. I will have to use my volt meter tomorrow to get exact readings. Is there anything else i am missing that could cause it not to start? Thanks

Sorry if i posted this in the wrong section. I was in a hurry to post this, and I should have put it in electrical. If the mods would want to move it, that would be great.
