I'm really sorry to hear all of that Chris When I think parts, you're the first vendor that always comes up. Working with you guys, and Bill especially! Has always been a pleasure and I'm glad to support a local company here in the Twin Cities, hell I've spent around $500 just this week there.
I've never bought an HKS product but now I'm definitely steering clear of their crap. Also Mike at AWD will never see a penny of my money.
