Stuck with a bad roomate, wondering what other have done?

I'll keep the sister option in mind. He wasn't in town so he never signed anything, just me and the other roomates. The lease is up in 2 1/3 months and I am hoping when the hills close out here in CO he gets the F out. It's funny when you and other roomates give a person so much shit for never cleaning and they just blow it off and continue to trash the place leaving others to clean up the mess, you would think he would eventually care. I'm thinking it's about time he gets his first minor, I was 19 when I got mine. I think I am more pissed because the neighbors probably hate us and one roomate was telling me he wished he didn't live here.

And this kid is such a dirt ball he never does laundry or cleans his room and I never see him shower, he is a huge grease ball from new hampshire. The girls may come over but they sure as hell don't come back so I doubt the GF thing would work.
