Mine was at the 3-4 yr mark and the only bad was the damage that I did to it.
No obvious/weird fades, dulls, anything to report as far as wear goes. I mean it was like carpet though where if you moved the shelfs you could see where traffic was, but that was about it.
For cost to quality ratio I don't know if it can be beat, the other stuff is $300/500 sq ft.
