7/19/13:
Finally got all the pieces I need and a friend (Mo/Speedfreak) to weld up the holes in the steering tube, so I was able to start putting this back together.

Reinstalled the steering rack.
I also put the motor on the stand so that I can start going through it soon.
I was glad to see this:
The car will need a bunch of random crap to get running, and I'll be gone the first two weeks of August so I don't know if I will make PG 2. I'm really hoping to make an end of year track day with the other racers we have on style.
