Ha, you're where I was 5 years ago, hence a lot of the go fast parts on that car.
Do it, I love mine more than ever now that I can just jump in and drive it anytime, no issue. It's not fun when you work on it more than drive it. You'll probably start getting the itch to mod a bit more just like I am now once it's stockish.
