Golden763 - BAD GUY!! any info on user?

I offered plenty of times to take the car back if he couldnt pay it, he kept claiming he wanted it and would pay...im just afraid that if i report it i wont get it with all the parts on it. And to recover those parts seems rather impossible, especially from him with little to no communication. Not sure if he knows but i can see that my messages are being read on iphone...just no reply. It is a douche move, especially since a year after i even offered him to make me bi-weekly payments of $200 and still failed to pay!
