Well when I expressed my concern about the oil burning problem here is what the owner said:

blow lots of white smoke when it is burning oil. i dont remember that happening
when you drove it, but when it does burn, its noriceable. i dont think there is
an external leak (of notice) as there isnt any real residue underneath.
