No one gets treated like shit IMO.
Its what you make of it. All day I hear people complain, but these are the same people you can never please, and have an easier job that pays much better then flipping burgers... And with a discount.
Gotta go through the ranks. Ive busted my ass for 6 years in the same department same store, and I see where you can go in this company.
Id like to be part of that. For the others that are in it just for the paycheck and discount, so be it. Dont bitch when the hard working people who want to make a career out ot it get rewarded.
This isnt directed at anyone, I see what you are saying. I see it every day. Yes the higher ups get treated well, and more often then not, they deserve it, and are worth it.
Cant wait to go back in april!
