OK, spray the belt with belt dressing or some type of lubricant to determine which is squealing. I thought WD40 was water based (???). BTW, Brake pads are made of a bit different material than a belt.

my T belt is too tight. And i am missing a balance shaft belt!!! lol wtf! Um... i also need to buy new tensioners... this is what we came up with. thanks for the info.

For squealing belts I got only two words for ya. Dialectric Grease, It's my cure-all for squealing belts.

And the T-belts do tend to howl when cold when they are a little tight. Probably wouldn't do anything except annoy you during startup.
