Identify the coolant leak

I personally dont' know if I believe that line is cracked by the pic. I think it does look like it could be, but I wouldn't say for sure without seeing the line up close. From the way the coolant is dripping on the front side of the oil filter housing though and that it is wet up higher than the lowest point on that side still makes me lean toward something above it, (waterpump, or even the o-ring for the waterpipe) as the source at least for that leak.
