I dont get why the miles really matter. Its got a fully built bottom end with 15000 on it. And as for fuel, you can always add that. Who wants to buy a car fully done to just drive it and be like "Yup". Im guessing you wanna mod it so wouldnt it be better to have a quick car that has potential to be FAST. Just my .02.
