Engine Swap?

My buddy wants to do a engine swap from for his 1g Talon. He wants to take the motor from my old Laser and put it into his car. We just need info on how to do that. We looked everywhere we could online VFAQ doesnt seem like it wants to work IDK why it just doesnt. so any links would help thanks, ooo and a engine lift would be great too Thanks

Service manuals cover every damn thing you need to know. I suggest one of those. Otherwise just go start ripping stuff off and remember where it goes.. Seems to work for me and Justin.

It's an easy but long and hard labor process. All there is the wiring harness and motor mounts. The main stuff is: motor mounts, slave clyinder, wiring harness, transfer case, grounds, vac lines, hood (if you plan to lift the motor out), axles, and clear some space.

You dont need a step by step process, just label everything with tape and put all your bolts in labeled zip-lock bags. And take the radiator out so you dont damage it.
