I can purchase the ticket for you if you like? How is next Tuesday looking for you? Would you want to stay more than a day? I can book a hotel as well!

Fairly odd that the turbo was bought from you guys, chipped a blade, rebuilt by you guys, and chipped another blade.

Send me name's - I can provide invoice #'s if you like.
Yes - it is odd - however not uncommon the same person would make the same mistake twice.

Same 24" Goodridge line we have used since 2002.
Maybe you can provide me with invoice # so I can see what you ordered?

It was actually on 2 seperate cars, 2 different owners. One of which is far from a n00b and has run many different aftermarket turbos.

I made the mistake of ordering a fuel cell, braided lines, fittings and aeromotive fuel filter from SlowBoy. Fuel cell and most of the line showed up. They forgot the fuel filter and also forgot a decent amount of fittings. When I called they said it was shipped. I told the fucker that I am looking at the box and my vision is 20/20 and there is no fuel filter, no y-block and fitting are missing. He assured me that it was all there. I was on hold for eternity until I got pissed of and hung up. I kept on calling back and was given a different bullshit excuse every time. The shitshow continued for a few months, until I blew the fuck up on the phone and asked him to pick his ass up and walk in his manager's office and hand him the fucking phone ... the fag proceeded to hangin up the phone. After 2-3 more phone calls I gave up.
So fuck off and ... yeah ... welcome to the board.

Thank you for the welcome.
I keep every email with problems we have had since 2003 - I do not see you in there?
Did you ever email me?
I cannot handle problems I am unaware of - I am good - not that good.

Rau - you are right! He has let a lot of people down including myself.
Here it is - the reason Mr. Rau was let go from SBR -NEVER POSTED THIS BEFORE - just sick of all the Brent Rau BS and how I fucked him over. I did not even fire him - my wife fired him because I was in the Bahamas when he decided to pull this stunt.

I know many of you look up to him, but he had a decent deal here until this happened.

You're welcome.
I figured someone might inform you that it shoots a bit high for numbers.
Don't worry, I cleaned up the few posts that were put on here about it.

Just from seeing your replies to the comments in this thread, I can see how you handle customer service. You sure dont go out of your way to fix issues.
A turbine blade could break like that from heat and shitty parts as well. Not just something going through the wheel.

This is hardly n00b bashing since it seems like half the members on the forums have had bad dealings with this company.

What more can I do other than ask who he is so I can at least see what turbo he ordered? Did you miss the part I asked him for a name or invoice #?
Shitty parts? We are not like some vendors - we only sell MHI turbos when a Mitsubishi turbo is ordered! I think Mitsubishi has a pretty good track record.
